Vintage Cotton Golf Pin Flag Hole #16 New in Box Augusta National Masters

  

Vintage 100% Cotton Embroidered Hole Number Golf Pin Flag. This rare find comes from the collection of p. Ast PGA of America President and 43 year Masters Tournament Rules Official Warren Orlick. These flags are unique in the fact that they are in new condition but from the 1960's era.

They were never flown nor removed from the original box until now. These flags bear a striking resemblance to the very flags that were flown on the back nine at Augusta National during the Masters tournament in its first few decades up until a change was made in 1976 to yellow versions with black hole numbering. Images have been included in this listing for reference. Manufactured by Farm & Golf Club Supply in Philadelphia, PA. Flag measures approximately 13'' x 19'. Vintage flag, but in new condition, not flown on course, will include grommets as well.
